Pieter joined the firm as a candidate attorney and was admitted in 1994. He became a partner in 1998 and currently serves as the firm’s Managing Partner.

With extensive experience in personal injury claims, commercial litigation, insolvency law, and commercial recoveries, Pieter also leads the firm’s deceased estates administration department.
He represents a number of longstanding clients, including one of South Africa’s largest printing companies, and coordinates litigation matters on behalf of law firms nationwide. In addition, Pieter serves as a trustee and director of various trusts as well as an educational non-profit organisation
